Shipping policy

At CHICSOR, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 8-15 business days from the date that it is placed.

Payment Confirmation

 - A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
 - Once the payment verified, we process orders quickly to ship them as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Processing

 - It normally takes 1-5 days to process your order. Please note that holidays are not included. If we are unable to ship your order within 5 days, it means we are experiencing an unexpected delay. We will reach out to see if you prefer to cancel or keep waiting.

 - It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.

Shipping

 - Shipment takes approximately 7 to 10 business days to reach destination countries.
 - Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

 - Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Delays

 - Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

 - Please submit a ticket within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
